  • Where is the store based?

  • "___ is sold out, when will you re-stock it?"

    I try to restock things as often as i can. i lost the files for 90% of my pins and other merchandise so a lot has been discontinued.

    i'm just one person, so please be patient with me. it may take a few weeks for me to be able to get certain things re-stocked. please also note that i may or may not be doing prep for my next con at the time you want something particular and it may be reserved for my artist's alley booth.

    also, things like zip pouches can take over a month to arrive to me, since they ship from china (and they're v expensive). once i order, it can take three weeks processing and then up to a month shipping. again, please be patient.

    con overstock will almost always be up and re-stocked in this store one to three days after the con is over (gotta catch those z's ya know)

  • do you offer ____ in bulk???

    the short answer is, no, i do not. the maximum amount of one pin design you may order is five. any more than that and i will cancel your order and refund you.

    i do not do sponsorships where i send you bulk items at a discount for you to give away. i can not afford to give you things at a discount (especially in large quantities, simply because i do not have the time or resources). i'm not amazon, y'all

    the reason for me doing this is that i do not want people re-selling my merch for a larger profit. this is called bootlegging. please do not do this, it's a very shitty thing to do. it is also illegal. i will also report you to the authorities and to have your account removed on whatever site you choose to re-sell them on. if you do buy five, you may re-gift them. i understand that you might be getting gifts for a large group of friends, but please also understand that i'm trying to protect myself against art theft.

  • Can you sponsor my store?

    No. not usually, at least. like i mean, if u want to mutually sponsor me or send me free stuff that's cool but like. i can only do one other store/person at a time. and only for about a week. because if i sponsor one person then i'm going to get asked by 1,000 other people. i can't do that many.

    I'm not trying to be rude, and I don't hate you or your store/products, but I just don't like to do that sort of thing very often.

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    yes! i just can not ship to north korea, afghanistan, and other places banned at the USPS. this is not my fault. i can't control where i can send to. if you don't know whether or not your country is on the banned list, send me a customer support request and i'll check for you. if your country IS on the banned list, there is nothing i can do and there is no way i can get around this without being arrested.

    if you are ordering outside of the EU/UK, please for the love of god, spell your address correctly and call your package into customs. i will get your package sent back to me if you do not do this. also please include your phone number. it is required to go on the packing slip. you also may be required to get a mailing address in another country in order to get your things mailed to you. i have no idea how this works but i've run into this problem once before and it never got resolved so??? it's best for you to stay on top of how you want to get your mail tbh

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 7-14 business days (possibly longer) depending on your country's customs procedures.

  • "can you update me when ___ is back in stock?"

    no. I can not send personal and customized updates to individual people, as this would be incredibly time consuming. I usually make a tumblr/twitter/instagram post when I re-stock things so watch out for the item you're looking for! my username is @geothebio on all platforms so look there for info on what is re-stocked~

  • "can you send the estimated arrival date to _____??"

    please check the tracking number i give you. it will be emailed to you once i ship your order. it will give you a tracking number that you can look at to see the estimated date of arrival. i can not send you personalized emails telling you estimated arrival because that would take too much time that i already do not have. once you get your tracking number that's it, check it from there on the USPS tracking tool.

  • "can you reserve ___ for me?"

    no, i can not reserve items for you. the main reasons for this are 1) it's a pain in my ass, 2) it's not fair to the rest of the people who want to order them, and 3) if you can't get the money right away for it, you will just have to wait and save your money for when i re-stock it. sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

  • "have you ever thought about making ___ pins?"

    probably not but if enough people ask for them i might *wink wonk*

  • "can you make homestuck, undertale, or wtnv stuff?"

    nope. the creators of both homestuck and welcome to night vale have specifically asked that no fanart of any kind be sold. and i am not going to break that rule, ever. no exceptions.

    also i hate all of these things so i'm not going to do art for something i don't genuinely enjoy, sorry y'all

  • the hair bows i ordered don't look like the picture???

    each and every hair bow is different. no two are the same. because of this, they will not look like the ones i photographed to go on the listing. please do not expect them to look exactly like the picture.

    there may also be some hot glue strings here and there, because i make them with hot glue. these can easily just be peeled off nbd

  • "i made a mistake in the spelling of my address, i informed you about it, and it was still spelled wrong when it arrived!!!"

    i honestly try my best with this. when you order, PLEASE, MAKE SURE YOU SPELL YOUR OWN ADDRESS CORRECTLY. TAKE YOUR TIME WHEN CHECKING OUT.

    if you send me a support request about it, i will change it.

    if it is still spelled wrong on the packing slip, sometimes the USPS' shipping tools spell it wrong in the system. sometimes it automatically corrects itself when printed and i can not change it. sometimes if an address/city/town/suburb is spelled wrongly often enough, the system will automatically adapt the wrong spelling for everyone.

    editing addresses back to what they're "supposed" to be like that is tricky business. sometimes it won't let me put in your "correct" spelling because the name in the whole system is wrong and if you change it, it might not get to the right address or it might be lost or held forever because a certain address might accidentally not make it into the system after i send it.

    usually it won't give me any trouble. but for some reason this happens often with international addresses, specifically with canada for some reason.

    again, once i send it, it's out of my control how they handle the address YOU gave me.

    please do not give my store a bad review just because i spelled a small bit of your address wrong. i am a busy and very stressed person. sometimes it happens. sorry.

  • "why is ___ not listed in your marketplace store?"

    it's not listed there because storenvy takes part of the profit from all marketplace sales. if i've removed a listing from my marketplace store it means that it's bought by enough people in the marketplace that i'm starting to lose money on it from the fees storenvy takes.

    please go to my custom storefront (http://geothebio.storenvy.com) to see all listings and to avoid paying a storenvy fee. also please checkout with paypal if possible because the default credit card method also takes away a significant fee. paypal can accept your credit card even if you don't have an account.

  • "why is shipping to australia so much money???"

    it's because the USPS did rate hikes again like they do every year and they're currently screwing me over on international rates

    i'm sorry but i can't change how much it costs to send to certain places

  • why did my order take so long to ship?

    this isn't amazon. i can not ship your stuff a day after you order it.

    i am only one person with multiple jobs and i have a lot going on.

    please. be patient. i haven't forgotten about you. i'm probably just stressed and overloaded.
